I've been terribly inconsistent with my eating the past week or 2! It's taken me extra long to get that next pound off, but number 20 is finally gone, woo-hoo! My sleep has been very disrupted the past couple of nights, I'm so tired! We are getting going on wedding planning, and my imagination is kicking into overdrive thinking about how we're going to pull this off!
So my new exercise video is pretty tough, but I know once I notice some changes I will love it! I've done it 3 days in a row so far. I really like that it's so short, even though the intensity is higher to compensate for the reduced duration. I kick my butt then I'm done for the day! Feels good.
Short and sweet today, I guess. Keeping going :)
