back on track day #1

so far so good!
breakfast was eggs scrammbled with spinach and black beans with cantaloupe and a whole wheat enlish muffin.
i didn't stop on the way to work. woo hoo!
got to work and someone had brought in a box of krispy kreme donuts. they were all plain so i wasn't even tempted. *phew*
my plan is to walk at lunch as often as possible while the weather allows. i had a contact lens issue this morning and spent my lunch getting replacements. no walk today.
water intake is good. no soda so far. not sure what's planned for tonight. hopefully a quiet evening at home. dh bought cheap beer so i should be ok with no alcohol intake today.
so far so good with this whole back on track thing. one day at a time!
