Finally I've finally reached a Pump workout that almost made me tap out
(notice I said ALMOST so don't get excited Beachbody).
Pump and Shred, the 3rd disc in the program had me feeling exactly the way I want to feel after a strength workout. Every muscle was quivering. I could barely make it up the stairs. I don't have to worry about not getting DOMS because I already got IOMS (IMMEDIATE Onset Muscle Soreness). Can't wait to feel the pain tomorrow.
So between this and my upping the weights on Pump and Burn, I should be happy for at least a week (we hope)
