Fresh Jam made with Chia Seeds

Fresh Jam

4 cups blueberries (or other "fresh" fruit)

2 Tablespoons raw honey (or sweetener of choice)

2 Tablespoons chia seeds


Soak chia seeds in 4 Tablespoons water for 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients

    I found Chia Seeds and Hemp Seeds at Costco the other day.
What can't we do with these amazing protein powerhouses?
