Summer Challenge Results

Time flies, or as Kermit would say, Time's fun when you're having flies. I had my follow-up fitness assessment and.... improvement in every area! Some highlights:

In 30 seconds:
4 more pushups
7 more squats
4 more crunches
In 1 minute:
10 more step-ups
Flexibility:
forward bend - fingers past toes 9cm (was 1cm before)

The best part was the look on the fitness instructor's face. He's a nice guy, always encouraging, and he was really happy with the results. Don't know if I'm the winner yet, but I do know that I've got a huge incentive to keep on working out. Weight loss always goes in fits and stalls for me, but these are concrete results - the stopwatch doesn't lie!
