My job situation is not improving so I'm focusing on what I can do which is to do more walking I'm averaging 8,000 steps a day goal is 10,000 steps a day; making good food choices so the weight will continue to come off. I need to increase my water intake from 6 glasses
a day to at least 8 glasses a day. I weighed myself today and I've lost another 1.1 lbs. So I am
leaving my worries and stresses in God's hands. God has a plan for me and I just need
to be patient and see what unfolds.
