So, I'm still on nights at work. I got up at about 2:30pm, didn't even get on my computer, just started to get ready to go to the gym. Headed to the gym and did some strength training and went to the pool for about 20 minutes. I kept my heart rate up the whole time. Grabbed some Subway on the way home for breakfast and then took a shower. I got to get on the computer for about 30 minutes when I was done with everything. I have food for dinner tonight with some healthy snacks. All in all, not a bad way to start my first day back. Tomorrow I have plans to mow the back yard.
Really proud of myself today! Just have to keep the momentum going!
