BREAKFAST
Okio Greek yogurt honey flavor
2 orange cuties
SNACK
1/2 gala apple
2 ghirardelli peppermint bark squares

LUNCH
1/2 serving eggplant Parmesan w/ spaghetti

Afternoon
Rest of the peppermint bark squares I think 6 or 7

DINNER
Romain lettuce - 1 center
7or 8 cherry tomatoes
1 TBLS feta cheese
3 oz rotisserie chicken breast
10 -12 ceasar croutons
1 TBLS vadilla onion dressing

1 cup fresh blueberries
2 dollops cool whip Kroger brand
water 8 0z X 2 20 oz X 3 = 76 oz - 9 cups
