So I started my temp job Monday... and i've struggled to get a rhythm for meals and exercise. Training this week has been 10am- 2 pm so its right in the middle of normal lunch time, and I'm tired in the mornings from the previous day of learning a whole new job, Monday/Tuesday were busy with the boyfriend and Lifegroup. Yesterday when I got home I job searched- still looking for the right permanate job- and did other computer things that I could and probably should have not wasted time on :S But today I was asked to stay until 4pm for extra training and I need to be to Sue's for caregiving from 5pm-9:30. So I am taking dinner with me Chicken salad, and going to work on the water intake for this evening. Monday and Tuesday I did awesome on the water, Wednesday was okay like 1 liter of water, but today is only 1/2 liter of water so far and a can of diet coke.

Tomorrow I plan on going to the gym after taking my brother to work at 5 am, workout from 5:30 to 7 am with treadmill, elliptical and maybe stair stepper.
