August already??

This summer has really flown. I cannot believe how quickly our break is coming to an end. Time to head back to school.

August goals:
*Keep up with my 5 Am workouts:) Loved doing these all summer. It really helped me stay with my routine and I know I will have no problem getting up in a few weeks when school starts.
*Keep up with running as much as I can....biking on mornings it rains and when it starts to get lighter later (UHHHHH cannot believe I had to type that.)
*Continue to log my mileage.
*Develop a solid workout schedule for the days I will be working at the Y.
*Get to yoga twice a week. I tried hot yoga (free two week trial from a giveaway). It was ok. Not intense by any means. I went to a beginner class because I had never gone to hot yoga before. Not worth the drive I would have to make to "relax" and then drive home.
*Network as much as possible. Gotta project in the works:)

August Angst:
*SCHOOL...just a lot of change this year. Some good, some not. Being out of the loop last year was not a good thing.
*My project. I know all will work out. I just have to be patient.

I'm all ears for any ideas as far as daily meditations go. Any websites anyone can recommend?

    Wow! Great plans and impressive yearly miles! My plan for August is too get in A LOT more water and stay on track with marathon training! PS: I noticed I wasn't getting your blog updates and I looked and it showed you aren't my sparkfriend! WTH! Adding you again right now!

    5 a.m.? I'm hoping I can stay away from having to teach at 8 a.m. this coming semester!! I don't mind a run at 8 and teaching at 9, but 5 oh my goodness! Good for you!

I'm nervous about the school year starting myself, but I know if we stick together we can make it work.

    5AM workouts all summer - good golly girlie (snicker) you are amazing. You are absolutely right about the summer flying by. My son is going to be a senior in college - that seems old. Wow. I went to a regular yoga class on Tuesday AM - I need to increase my flexibility. We'll see if I am able to make the time and afford both time and money. Fortunately, it is offered quite close to home (not in walking distance, but where I go almost daily). What type of meditations are you looking for?
