This summer has really flown. I cannot believe how quickly our break is coming to an end. Time to head back to school.
*Keep up with my 5 Am workouts:) Loved doing these all summer. It really helped me stay with my routine and I know I will have no problem getting up in a few weeks when school starts.
*Keep up with running as much as I can....biking on mornings it rains and when it starts to get lighter later (UHHHHH cannot believe I had to type that.)
*Continue to log my mileage.
*Develop a solid workout schedule for the days I will be working at the Y.
*Get to yoga twice a week. I tried hot yoga (free two week trial from a giveaway). It was ok. Not intense by any means. I went to a beginner class because I had never gone to hot yoga before. Not worth the drive I would have to make to "relax" and then drive home.
*Network as much as possible. Gotta project in the works:)
*SCHOOL...just a lot of change this year. Some good, some not. Being out of the loop last year was not a good thing.
*My project. I know all will work out. I just have to be patient.
I'm all ears for any ideas as far as daily meditations go. Any websites anyone can recommend?
