Yesterday I had a full day of Fitness. I finished my 60 day Challenge with my buddy in Hawaii, Hard Core work out 60 minutes and his Cardio online TV 22:37 minutes...
Later in the afternoon took mom out for a 2 mile Run/ Walk, and made it up the big hill running and half way up struggling like a stair stepper pushing 135 lbs. It felt good to accomplish that goal of climbing the hill. I could only handle going once around the lake after that challenge but did mostly running avoiding bumps. Don't want to scare my Dear Mom..
I will try to get out again on Friday no later than 3 PM. Takes more time packing the car, wheel chair and all. I sure miss FL where all I had to do was walk out the door. Living 1 mile away from Tampa Bay and so many Parks. They knew me quite well at the Safety Harbor Spa along my route and the Beautiful Safety Harbor Marina.
Today I did a small Jump start Cardio workout, just enough to get me going. I will be taking a rest day today and will be ready to start another challenge.
