No workout today. It's my one day off out of 7. I did do some stretching when I woke up this morning, and I noticed that my muscles were a bit sore. That makes me feel pretty good about the last three days of working out. If I'm not sore at all I tend to feel like maybe I didn't push myself hard enough.
I haven't weighed myself yet today. I have to wait until about 11:30. (That's usually when I do it.)
I've made a new goal to stretch every single day, whether it's a workout day or not. It makes me feel so good when I do it, I should make it a habit for sure. I always feel more flexible and graceful for the rest of the day when I do my stretching.
(I can't wait to hit the 160 mark! I'm going to keep plugging away at it. Soon I'll say goodbye to the 160's forever.)
