I am trying out the sparks coach. I really love it. My goal from my couch is to plan my meals ahead of time today because today I will be eating out for every meal. for breakfast I plan to have egg whites with local veggies and wheat toast. At lunch a bowl of soup with crackers. For dinner a salad. I even saved enough calories for a small Italian sugar free icie. I can eat out with my family during our local food festival at still stay within my calorie range.
