Getting the Legs back in shape

I learned I have to do more than swing. I am jumping and jogging. Legs strength is developing again. They are complaining but so far so good.

    LOL Maybe, just Maybe my thunder thighs are what wears my legs out. Lifting them higher each cay. Thank you for commenting.
