Day 7 - 8/7/13 – 141 (up .2) Day 1 Paleo/Primal (no wheat, dairy, sugar)
B – coffee, 1lg Benefiber,
L – 1 ex lg egg, ½ c egg white, 1 T butter, 1 T chopped onion, .8 T ground flax
S – 4 little gr olives, 1/5 c chicken salad, 1/5 shredded Romaine, 65 g cucumber
D – 4 oz Chuck roast and 1 cup green beans
Ex. – 12 min treadmill, bicep curls 30, standing tricep 12
Another day of rain and dreary skies. This has been a cooler and wetter Summer. One week in and I haven't lost, but I have exercised (no matter how small) every day but Sunday and I have tracked my food every day. Consistency is a step forward for me. Today, I am working on being more strict with my food. I hope the weight drop begins soon.
