Tracking my food Week 2 day 5 ~ 8/7

OK it has not been too bad of a day. Some stress because I decided to travel to see my sister again and there have been lots of issues in making flight arrangements, hotel, car. I drove to my daughters and she helped me with price line to pick a hotel. But it has been a nail biter day. (When will I ever be able to quit?????)

Total water 76 ounces
total diet coke 20 ounces

overnight 2 thin slices of provolone cheese

Breakfast - Curves peanut butter meal bar and 8 oz 2 % milk

lunch - shake with 1 cup frozen blueberries, 8 oz almond milk, 1 Truvia, 1 scoop whey protein powder, and 5.3 cup of plain greek yogurt, Okio brand

snack 16 almonds, 1 Laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge, 7 frozen green grapes

dinner - MacDonalds chicken bacon wrap

    I've been noticing you've been tracking each day....that IS an accomplishment - I only lasted 5 days of one week! And this week has been a total bust! Any pointers to get me motivated to want to do it again? And how sad is this -- I'm exercising and I'm not even tracking THAT!!! I almost feel like I"m in my terrible 2's and I"m rebelling against the whole thing! (and I hadn't tracked before this for several months b/f I decided to try to get back to tracking again....So disappointed in myself! Wanted to lose 6 lb more b/f my son's wedding - Sept 14 but it's looking kind of slim chance!! But anyway congratulations on following through on what you set out to do....wanted you to know I AM noticing and at least its making me want to start again so keep it up!!
