A week into August, I figured it was about time to report on how I am doing with my August goals"
1. Eat 1600-1700 calories each day - I am trying to stick to the middle of my recommended range from SP which is 1490-1860. -- I landed there 4 out of 7 days, and was only over my recommended range one day this week! Not perfect, but much better than I had been doing in July!!
2. At least 40 fitness minutes daily - and at least 15 days of 90+ fitness minutes.
This week I logged 115, 40, 90, 90, 40, 85, 45 -- I should have pushed another 5 minutes out of myself yesterday
3. Give it my all every day, every workout!
Definitely have been sweaty and feeling my muscles every day!
4. Keep my thoughts, and words positive - and turn around any negativity as soon as I notice it!
I haven't been perfectly positive all of the time, but I have definitely been making the effort to get back there when I stray, so
