Totally stupid

Wednesday, August 07, 2013

Oh my gosh...what a time this has been. I don't know if you have ever had someone you loved and trusted more than life yourself go through a horrible change of situations...wait! I know many have been through that as I mentally scroll through the blogs I read. Well, any way...when we go through these upheavals we are often calm about receiving the gravest information and then we totally lose it on something totally stupid. That is just what happened now and instead of yelling back, or eating, or something else totally unproductive I am blogging instead. Thanks for being there for me.

Nothing is totally stupid! Blogging is a great way to get that stuff out of your system. Uncertainty and ambiguity are difficult visitors, but they do eventually leave. I would venture to guess that most of us are going through some kind of major change that is leaving us feeling unsure about everything. You are doing great--just keep surfing that wave until the energy comes out of it and swim safely to shore! Aloha e biejos.

That is wonderful, that you could open your heart to what is really happening and respond in a way that is compassionate to yourself and others (not yelling at others or sabotaging your body).
