Breakfast smoothie .....I have no idea why it bunched up like that but it showed me that with the Whey protein and the Almond milk I am still over 200 miligrams of sodium for breakfast. spinish has 25 mg per cup. This was almost 600 calories and I am sitting here hungry ....hope that feeling will go away.

    LOL@ that meme..sadly many people really feel that way with just a couple days dieting and then give up. Your smoothie sounds good...I like to make smoothies, especially for breakfast. I'd keep it simple though, so you don't use so many calories at once. Maybe just use the almond milk, the protein powder, and then choose two additives fruit, flax seeds, ect so it doesn't add up to as much, then tomorrow, use whatever you didn't add the day before. I personally like a frozen banana as the base for mine, and I like to add greek yogurt. Now you have me wanting a smoothie!

    Wow - a smoothie should be about 300 calories. Did you use full fat Almond milk? I wonder if you needed a whole cup of blueberries for one serving (I use about 1/4 cup for my green sludge). What sweetener was in the whey protein?

    A high protein smoothie should get you through about 4 hours but don't expect it to do more.
