Today I am thinking about how close I am to my goal weight. I am 146.8 and my goal weight is 144. I chose this number because it will be 50 pounds lost and puts me just into the healthy BMI zone. I'm not positive where I want to go from there. I know I don't want to sit on that line between healthy and over-weight. I was thinking maybe trying 5 pound increments and then reevaluating how I felt. I'm assuming I don't actually go on maintenance until I reach that magic number ( once I figure out what that is. ) If anyone has any suggestions of what they did or plan to do I would appreciate the input.
