Okay, I'm not sure why I found this workout difficult when I did it last week but I breezed through it this time (sorry Uriah, I didn't read your "wait" suggestion until after I did it
). I'm not sure what the "rep effect" is supposed to do so it's possible that 'easy' today means 'crippled' tomorrow but so far I'm not wowed.
I felt no DOMS from the Pump Challenge on Monday or last week and thanks again Uriah but I've done enough Cathe, Chalene, Kelly, Tony and Jari to be confident in my form.
Now we all know that my patience with programs is like less than zero so I'm gonna increase my weights and hang in there for a few more weeks but if it doesn't start to bring the pain, I'm out
Besides, Cathe has finished filming her new DVDs (but editing still takes forever) and LAMOURA keeps tempting me with JNL Fusion (yes girl I called you out
) so Les Mills better "bring it" soon.
Anyway, as far as the cooking I was supposed to do yesterday, didn't happen and doesn't look like its gonna until tomorrow. Salads in the meantime are going to have to do
