Wednesday, middle of the week, Got up started making excuses not to work out. Had already logged my work out and planned my food accordingly. Then I gave myself a pass not to work out this morning with the intention that I would do it tonight after work. I already knew that would not happen either. And then......I watched a SP success story showing multiple people with over 100lb weight loss. Seeing that 2 minute video, seeing the results the people achieved inspired me to pry my butt from the couch and get the work out done. I even added an additional exercise that was not planned.
So here I sit writing this post after completing my work out and feeling great. It is true what they say, no one ever says boy I wish I hadn't worked out, I wish I had not accomplished a goal. Now the day can proceed without another thought about my work out or how I am going to get out of it.
