So day 25 went pretty well for me. I didn't stick to my workout I planned because my friend didn't feel like going for a long run. So we ended up running a mile then walking 4.5. So 5.5 miles total. I'm still ok with that, I feel like it was a good workout.
Day 26 workout is going to be 30+ minute run at the gym then 30 minutes on the elliptical, then legs/glutes ST for 30.
The meal plan for day 26:
Breaksfast: Egg whites scrambled with green peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes
Turkey bacon, grapes/raspberries
Lunch: Homemade healthy pizza with tons of veggies, ff cheese and turkey pepperoni
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, steamed green beans, carrots
Snacks: #1 string cheese, popcorn
#2 celery, peanut butter
