I find that eating healthy is not as easy as some people say it is. I am living with my youngest sister who is naturally thin; 5'7" and 120#. I am 5'5" and 155# so you see that she can eat things that would make me gain weight. Even with three days of fasting each week it is hard to lose weight now. I need to find my inner motivation for weight loss. A weight loss diary is something I have been doing off and on for a few years, I need to get back to it as it has helped in the past. If anyone has a trick for healthy eating please share it with me. I know that Spark has many recipes and articles for this but they do not seem to work for me.
