Tracking my food Week 2 day 4 ~ 8/6

SOMETIME TODAY I WENT INTO LEVEL 18. WOW.
I have done pretty well in my eating today. Knowing that I had to write it out here helped me to eat better.
Water 9 1/2 8 oz glasses
Mac Donalds egg mc muffin
2 cups of coffee each with 1 TBLS nestle french vanilla creamer and 1 Truvia
15 raw almonds
2 cuties oranges
Healthy Choice Roasted Chicken Marsala W/ Mushrooms
additional 2 oz of roasted chicken
2 mini sweet peppers (red)
1 roma tomato
4 oz white zinfandel wine
1 Trader Joes pecan encrusted Talapia
2 cups boiled yellow summer squash
1 small (about 3 1/2 in long and thin) sweet potato baked with olive oil
1 cup fresh blueberries w/ small dollop (about 2 TBLS) Kroger brand cool whip

For exercise today I went to Curves and did 32 mins in the circuit, 10 mins of stretching, did 5 mins of leg stretch this morning, and 15 mins of walking.
