Tuesday has went well At least so far...

I got to the gym today and since it looked about to rain decided to get on the elliptical. HOLY COW.. I had been walking outside instead of in lately so when I got on that thing it really whipped me. I did a little over two miles in 30 minutes and did some strength training as well. I felt pretty good afterward.
Have been staying on track so far with the calories. It was a good Tuesday. I am hoping I will see a little difference at the end of the week.
