So I don't know why, but when I exercise, and start eating better I usually get sick not too far into it. I stop exercising, and chow down on the comfort food. Well it happened...I got sick on Friday, and it hit me the hardest yesterday. I was exercising every day up til then, and still keeping within my daily limits as far as food is concerned. Yesterday I could barley get out of bed. I wanted to eat everything I shouldn't, and you know what I gave in, but not the way I was expecting. I ended up having two turkey patties instead of one, and had a medium sized bowl of bananas with oatmeal raisin bar and low fat vanilla yogurt. That was my sick binge. I felt kind of bad while eating it, but looking back that is nothing compared to my big macs and fries. I didn't exercise, but am planning on hopping on my elliptical tonight, and see how long I can last. Normally once I stop I won't start again. That doesn't even feel like an option to me this time! I am going to make this happen, and feel great knowing that even my "bad decisions" aren't near as bad as they used to be.
I weighed in today and lost another 4lbs making that a total of 13 down in two weeks! Even for being sick I feel amazing. I have a lot more energy, and am bouncing back a lot faster than I used to. Yay!
