Thank you all for your support, I certainly did get to rest and read, but no to a nap, I know that, but it was worth a try.
I must confess, I did a WI yesterday to find the scale up and my motivation down.. made some poor choices, but did my exercise, and am back on track today.
Yesterday, I did try a couple spots of jogging... Then I had very sore legs, not sure if it was the jog or not. So, today I tried again to see how much I could run, and instead of stopping at 120 or 150 steps, I was able to do 200 steps and keep breathing. I tried that a half dozen times or so. It sure picked up the speed of my walk, cuz I did the same distance in at least 20 min. faster.
I could certainly use a better sport bra, but I enjoyed the little run, and needless to say, it was just a tease for Buddy.
Breakfast - 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and SF jam, prunes
Lunch - veggie juice, corn on cob, margarine, salmon with F maio, hm creamed broccoli soup
Supper - pork liver, brown rice lentil mix, namasu
