I have been gone so much this summer! I just returned after being gone for 2 weeks to Seattle. My exercise consisted of chasing the grand daughters ages 2 and 3! I could have done better on my eating, but getting back into the routine. It has been so wonderful to have so much time with my daughter and family. She is the mother of my only grand children and I have been with them about 6 1/2 weeks either in Seattle or them with me here in Utah since June 9th. Just a bit of heaven! It does feel good to be home and getting back with the routine. I walked the 1 1/2 miles to the gym and do both upper and lower strength training and then walked back. Great way to start the day!
