I am starting a new challenge with my sparkfriend Cindy. I am going to blog my daily goals and then I will come back and comment at the end of the day showing that I have met those goals.
Work day goals will be mainly strength training with kettlebells as time allows.
Wake up goals:
2 sets of 20 crunches
2 sets of leg lifts, working towards 20
Upper body ST
Work day goals:
500 Kettlebell swings, working towards 1000
Alternate sitting and standing more.
