I haven't really been tracking the last couple of days, but I have been for the last couple of weeks. I'll have to get back to tracking again tomorrow, now that I can go grocery shopping for the month again.
Fortunately, this weeks scale number was down again. I'm only most of a pound down (according the the third and fourth times stepping on it), but it's better than going back up. It's frustrating getting these last 25 pounds off, I swear I've been doing that for longer than it took to get the first 50 off.
So now I'm 2 pounds down from my new trend line starting point according to the big number on the front page, and 5 from my new tracker starting position, but this also means I'm 55 down from my original starting weight! I know I've been lighter since starting this journey, but I'm seeing that lowest point coming again soon!
I know that the number on the scale is only one number that I have to worry about, but it's also the most frustrating. It can go up and down 5 pounds within a week depending on if I had too much salt or didn't eat enough vegetables. I actually saw 173 this week, but obviously it didn't stick long enough to log, since I only log in once a week on Tuesday.
Today I'm done with the number and will be making the rest of my day as good as possible until I can actually get up to the store. Tomorrow I'll be back on track and hopefully next week's number on the scale will be lower again!
