Day Two- No carbs, sugar or alcohol

I've already lost one pound!
Yesterday was a little tough. I got symptoms of the "Atkins Flu" which tends to happen while your body is switching over to burning fat. Felt a little dizzy, tired and had a headache. This went away once I ate dinner, but from late afternoon to dinner time I definitely thought about giving up and eating some carbs. But I didn't!
This morning I didn't really feel hungry at all, but went ahead and ate some eggs and sauteed spinach. Hopefully I won't feel the same this afternoon, I only got a quick morning workout in yesterday, and would like to get my full workout in this afternoon.
Gotta stay strong!
