More blogs=greater weight loss

Over the past couple of weeks, I have lost and gained the same 10 pounds 3 times over. That's a lot of fluctuating you might think, but for me it is pretty normal. My "lowest" number keeps getting a little bit lower each time, so I know I am making progress--but it is so hard to see the "highest" number getting a little higher each time as well resulting in my weigh in chart to look like a tempermental roller coaster.


I have also noticed that when my number goes up, my blogs go down. And I get stuck on this mountain of "will I ever make it?" And as soon as my number goes down, my blogs pick back up. (And so does my mood)...

Moral of the story?

Keep blogging Sista! It Helps!

    You are so right. Blogs are accountability tools. They keep us accountable to our friends so we tend to do more!!!!
