I feel as though these past 5 days have been on fast forward...so extremely busy!
* Walk 115 miles...completed 25.21 miles
* Complete a 5k under 50 minutes (I haven't times myself in months so i know i may have slowed down a bit)
* Complete 3000 crunches...completed 180
* complete 1500 squats...completed 80
* End August under 260lbs...last Wednesdays WI i was at 268.3lbs
