Breakfast with my hubby. Bob Evans

I made these tonight before going to teach VBS
Tomatoes and peppers stuffed with quinoa and brown rice with peppers, carrots, onions , celery and garlic. I baked them for about 20 minutes.
Packed 2 peppers and a tomato for lunch tomorrow.

Today was a good day. Got up early went with hubby and youngest to look at another side job for him. Payed a few bills then stopped for breakfast. Went and picked up his friend and went to the side job for this week and next at least. Bean had so much fun the yard is so big they have a golf cart to get around. Bean will love being here working. We don't usually get to go to work but this is friends, big year and the last asked if we would come. She likes my girls. So it's way better then being home alone with kids while hubby works. Went home got cleaned up and i made my stuffed peppers and tomatoes and went to teach Pre K and K at church. Dinner tonight was sloppy joes and pretzels with orange punch. Went home and watched a bit of TV while I got my last steps in.

Today I made all my goals
5 flights of steps
11,000 steps
Took my vitamins
Took care of my face
Ate pretty healthy
