That was my daughter's advice to me yesterday when I was feeling "too old" to run & bike.... when I was tired of all my aches & pains. "Don't give up on your dreams."
I appreciate all of the encouragement & advice you all gave me yesterday. And, I'm determined to be more faithful with my strength training & my nutrition. And, to stay kind of steady with my mileage for now until I feel more comfortable and stop having these nagging injuries. In fact, I am going to my trainer's today to have a pilates reformer session. I also made an appointment with a hand specialist to look at two of my problems.
Thanks again, and I WON'T give up on my dreams!
