Day #16 - Nothing new

to report that is. I didn't workout yesterday as I stated in my blog. I ran one errand and was almost home when I remembered there was another errand I had on the to-do-list for the day. Oh well it rolls over onto today's journey.
My eating yesterday was so-so can't say I did anything terrible but I know it wasn't good or great. I only drank a 1/2 bottle of water yesterday and I got to say that's awful. Yesterday just proved to me that I'm a person of "routine". When things distract me I'm thrown off for the day. I had visitors @ work yesterday that took up so much of my day that I didn't get to gulping. I also didn't haul in any water because I forgot as I was rushing out the door.
Today I have started my day off with healthy oatmeal and coffee. I got enough water in my desk drawer to make my quota for today. I know I won't be exercising today but I may get in some squats. My Summer hay fever is flaring today and my eyes are irritated. It didn't start until after I put on my eye make-up to perfection (for me) and I stepped outside this morning. You can't rub the eyes with eye shadow on can get really ugly, really quick. Oh well..
Other than that I'm going to try and do better with my food choices since I'm not working out. Maybe I'll squeeze in a little exercise today. Can't go cold turkey but my body is happy I am resting. Funny thing is I feel like something is really missing in my day.
