Yesterday morning I almost fainted it was so hot already in my room. But I pushed through and finished my workout.
This morning I wasn't able to finish. After only a couple minutes I had to stop, it's just too hot (30 Celsius / ca. 86 F) - and that was at 6:30 in the morning! I don't know what to do, I want to do my workouts but I don't want to feel like fainting. I have to figure out something because this week it's going to be even hotter every day. :(
Maybe I could try to run outside in the morning but I'm a really bad runner.
