Need to step it up a bit.

Another pretty good day today. I think I am going to have to go up to the more advanced Pump rotation because I was a bit underwhelmed with Pump Challenge this time and I had enough energy left to do a Turbo Fire HIIT when I was done. Tomorrow I'm going to do Combat 60 for cardio and Ill throw in something for abs.

I need to cook tomorrow because today's eating wasn't great. Ill tell you what I make.

    You're doing great with pump so far! Before you move on to a different rotation, try upping your weights when you do Pump Challenge while focusing on form. Usually, the extra weights will give you the burn you need. emoticon Combat 60 is so much fun! Keep up the great work!
