"The Secret" WE won't tell so that "she" won't know...Shhhh!!!

I've decided to increase my reps today to "trick" my body and avoid the plateau effect.
Now she (my body) has no idea that I am going to be so random and select some exercises I haven't done in a while. Don't tell her!
Today's workout:
40 minutes of cardio walking
3 sets of 25 crunches
2 sets of 18 back extensions
2 sets of 18 squats
2 sets of 18 calf raises
2 sets of 18 back extensions
Stretching afterwards.

Tomorrow, she'll be in for more surprises.
