I just spent about four days eating my way through an emotional crisis. I really need to develop better skills.

    I think we all experience emotional eating some time or other. It's good you realize your need to improve a healthy way of dealing with emotions, stress, etc. Personally, I find getting myself busy with a hobby or just going outdoors for a power walk. (The latter has been proven most successful for me!)
