My progress is going pretty well. I've exercised every day for the last five days. I've stayed well within my calorie ranges. I binged on Chinese food pretty badly today, but I'm still under range except for the sodium and fat. I've been chugging water, and I've exercised for 2 and a half hours today to make up for it. I felt pretty guilty eating all of that food. I'm sure I over exercised, but I refuse to let myself fail. I haven't been at a healthy weight since the fifth grade, and I owe it myself to give it my all.
At this point, nothing is as important to me as getting this weight off. Nothing.
