Reaching For the Sky.

My progress is going pretty well. I've exercised every day for the last five days. I've stayed well within my calorie ranges. I binged on Chinese food pretty badly today, but I'm still under range except for the sodium and fat. I've been chugging water, and I've exercised for 2 and a half hours today to make up for it. I felt pretty guilty eating all of that food. I'm sure I over exercised, but I refuse to let myself fail. I haven't been at a healthy weight since the fifth grade, and I owe it myself to give it my all.

At this point, nothing is as important to me as getting this weight off. Nothing.

    Man I am so glad to hear that you're not only keeping with it, but that you're taking it up a notch and being so successful with food and exercise! Haha I could never manage both.

Don't worry about binging. I've noticed that a big binge day every once an awhile actually helps me lose weight, even if the scale temporarily jumps up. Don't feel guilty for occasional indulgences because you're doing well and just because you're doing something so good for yourself doesn't mean you can't enjoy your food every once and awhile, right?

    It sounds liek you have been doing pretty good. That said, don't punish yourself for slipping up- it happens. Just exercise normal, eat better the next day, and move forward. I think we are always harsher on ourselves than others, and just be gentle with yourself. Keep sticking to your plan, and you will reach your goal :)
