I've had to become creative & it certainly has been fun to eat low carb. I cook with lots of veggies, make desserts with fruit, bake treats and breakfast foods.

Here is a strawberry Shortcake I made.
All are sugar free and low carb, made with coconut or almond flour. I get excited when I can make a flavorful treat that will not make us gain weight!
