I was up early today to make the 10:00 PC Fit class -- well, it was early for me. I usually get up at 7:30, but couldn't seem to make it out of bed until 8:40 or so. I decided to "skip" breakfast and workout, then eat when I came home. I also thought I would see how it worked out... That way, if I ate later I would be ravenous later on (more on that in a moment)
Class was awesome - we did a lot of great stuff. Coach Tyler's classes are awesome.
After class I went to the grocery store. My boyfriend likes Van-O Lunch crackers. I went to 4 different grocery stores and no one had them in stock. I found them at the Dollar General finally. It was a pain in the rump driving all around Blair County looking for lunch crackers.
I ate when I got home. Here it is about 2 1/2 hours after, and I am starving again. Our bariatric coordinator says that the body only gets hunger"signals" from the brain 4 times a day. I call shenanigans on that because I am starving. Ever since I started PC Fit, my body seems like a furnace with an open draft. I try to pick good, solid foods to keep me full, but sometimes it seems like I am bottomless.
I am not sure if I will eat before or after my morning PC Fit classes. I seemed to be fine either way, and am still hungry so...
I have to work all night - it is going to be long
