Hi Lewill, I hope race day is 55 for you for sure! I ran a 2:02 and a 2:03 this spring so I would love to see that number inch to below sub 2 soon! Here's to big goals!!

Oh how I yearn for 75 degree running temps! Hopefully by October, we'll get that here. I'm going to return to your blog later to read about your kicks (?). I ran a 2:14 in my HM last fall, my goal for my next one is 2:04 (Thanksgiving morning, should be about 55-60 and perfect running conditions). Great job on your time this weekend, especially just coming off your last HM!

Ash, the NTC facility is gorgeous and the ones in LA and NYC are even bigger - I think the app is fabulous too! I love the stretches and that I just set down and say, I'm going to work on XYZ for 15 or 60 minutes. I only found it last year and feel like I hit the jackpot!

So jealous of your NTC facility!! I have the NTC app on my phone and the mixture of strength training and cardio has done tons for my running and skating. I give so much credit to that app. Sooo many workouts and it's FREE!
