I have been struggling this past week.
Here is my plan to get back on track:
1. Make a list of things I can do when I get bored and lonely. (boredom and anxiety are big stumbling blocks for me, leading to "comfort eating")
2. Track my food
3. Drink 8 glasses of water
4. Exercise at least 10 minutes
5. Visit Spark coach
I'll make a new plan tomorrow.
