Action Plan

I have been struggling this past week.

Here is my plan to get back on track:

Today:

1. Make a list of things I can do when I get bored and lonely. (boredom and anxiety are big stumbling blocks for me, leading to "comfort eating")
2. Track my food
3. Drink 8 glasses of water
4. Exercise at least 10 minutes
5. Visit Spark coach

I'll make a new plan tomorrow.

  Your list is great. emoticon On my list I have "learn something new." It's SO good for the brain, and very distractig. Even new words. New dance steps. (u tube or vids) Yoga if you don't already do it. There are always new things with Yoga, like going for a deeper pose. Action + learning = winning combo. emoticon

    Hey Girl! This looks like a good plan. How about adding "plan snacks" so you also don't allow yourself to get too hungry. One other thing that might help you is to read blogs, and especially some of the success stories. They just might inspire you to try a new recipe or a different form of exercise.

    Sounds like a good plan and should be something you accomplish if you stick with it! I would get to work on your list as it will be easy to fall back into the trap of comfort eating. Keep yourself busy and distracted!

    Anxiety can be a big stumbling block and so can boredom and loneliness but making an action plan is a great idea. emoticon
