Friday was fine. Saturday was set up for failure. I did my class from 10:30-11:30, showered quick at the Y, then headed to a Lia Sophia party where I was able to eat some yogurt w/fruit and these yummy ham & egg appetizers (ham, egg, onion, cheese). Then I zipped off to a 3 hour hair appt (stupid, I know, but my hair is THICK and for a cut & color, it just takes that long). I was STARVING by the time I got home at 4, had a quick apple & almond butter and some almond crackers, but had little time to eat much else as I had a zumba event I had to leave the house shortly after 5 for. Got home around 8:30 and was RAVENOUS. Ate a burrito (hello, gluten, my old nemesis) and then attacked some sour cream & onion chips. That would have been fine if I Had not woken up Sunday feeling that calorie deficit still and having the urge to stuff my face with ALL KINDS OF CRAP.
Toaster Strudel, some Keebler cookies, a bite of pizza. more chips. Oh, and a Blizzard on my trip to drop my oldest at my brother's house 75 mins away.
Also, I think like ONE glass of water yesterday.
So total and complete derailment. Felt like garbage this morning on account of it, and slept HORRIBLY last night, probably in part from the increased sugar in addition to the surge of gluten.
Not gonna fret too much more. Will do my best to make today strong, despite feeling like the walking dead. If I can keep it together on this last stretch, I think I'll still be better off in the long run.
Sometimes, I just get so tired of thinking about all of it.
