Day One- No carbs, sugar or alcohol

My doctor suggested I go low carb, so I'm starting Atkin's phase one today. I'm planning on doing phase one until I lose 15 pounds, and then going through the other phases fairly quickly. We'll see how it goes. This will be quite a challenge for me as carbs and sugar are my biggest downfall.

    That's really tough, especially if you're a big carb person, so just be careful and take care of yourself. Lots of luck to you in the new journey.

    Good luck, I do not know what I would do if I was told to cut out sugar, I would be a basket case!
