My summer has been wonderful and I am preparing to go out with a bang! I signed up for the 36 mile Providence Bridge Pedal on the 11th, get to go on a 3-day camping trip for the first time in 7 years and have that 30-mile hike to look forward to on the 24th. I am still hoping to find someone to go with me, but if that brave soul cannot be found...I will make the hike alone.
I made up most of my missed workout over the weekend and will continue to add a little each day to the current day's workout until all the spots on my progress card have been filled in. I'd rather not miss a workout because it's already a pretty good chunk of time out of my day, but I also won't let a missed workout go by the wayside without at least working hard to make it up...even if it is just one exercise, rep or set at a time.
Nothing is going to stop me from achieving my goals! :)
