Realistic Goals

My lovely SparkFriend Lisa has come up with the idea of setting ourselves realistic goals and as I've always been far too over enthusiastic (unrealistic!) when setting my goals I love this idea and have thought long and hard to cut my list down to sensible, manageable goals...

1: Reinstate my old 10 minute a day mini exercise routine (last did it back in ooh... the 90s and had forgotten all about it until Lisa came up with this idea)

2: No booze on 'school nights' which means that number 3 will be easier to achieve

3: Eat more healthily; stop snacking on junk in the evenings

3: actually play the meditation and inspiring MP3s on my iPod each night

4: Walk round the reservoir once week minimum

5: try to remember to dry body brush before I get in the shower! this last one isn't overly important but would reduce my swearing each time I get in the shower and realise I forgot *again*!
